For 30 years, Bishop Long has had a very active ministry within the homeless community.

He served as the Mens Shelter Coordinator and also assisted in helping the homeless find gainful employment.

Today, Bishop Long continues his ministry by visiting homeless camps in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee and he passes out clothes, tents, sleeping bags and food.

Clergy and Seminarians within the United States Old Catholic Church all have social media accounts in which they use to spread the message of Christ to all regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or religious affiliation.

The USOCC has Night Prayer every Monday - Friday at 10pm, est. and it can be heard on our Spreaker page.

blessing of homes

Blessing homes is a ministry that the United States Old Catholic Church embraces and we encourage our Clergy to actively participate in this beautiful ministry.

Many homeowners/parents contact the Church asking us to bless their homes and we are always happy to help in any way that we can.
